NEO KERBEROS

Né au milieu des années 70, je suis de ceux que l'on appelle communément "La génération Goldorak".

Je fus le spectateur passionné de la première vague des productions animées japonaises diffusées en France durant les années 80, ainsi que de la série "Transformers" et des séries japonaises de science fiction dites Tokusatsu ("San Ku Kai", "X-OR", "Bioman" et tant d'autres).

Ces programmes marquèrent à jamais l'enfant que j'étais, et malgré les années qui passèrent, la passion pour tous ces héros demeura.

Adolescent, je me suis intéressé au Japon et découvris à partir du début des années 90 les "Animes" et autres programmes nippons en versions originales, bien différents de ce qui était diffusé à la télévision, sans censure, sans doublages ridicules, avec les véritables musiques et chansons…

C'est également durant les années 90 que je devins collectionneur de jouets, d'abord avec la gamme vintage "Star Wars", puis "Transformers" en complétant ma collection d'enfant conservée précieusement.

Cette période fut aussi l'avènement de la culture Otaku en France, avec l'apparition des premières boutiques spécialisées "Manga".

Je fis alors mes premières conventions et mes premiers Cosplays, ainsi que des rencontres avec d'autres passionnés qui devinrent, et sont encore pour la plupart aujourd’hui, mes amis.

Durant les années 2000, grâce à la démocratisation d'Internet, je pus largement étoffer mes collections dédiées aux robots de dessins animés japonais et de Tokusatsu.

En 2003, suite à un périple en Tunisie sur les traces des films "Star Wars", je développais un grand intérêt pour la recherche de sites utilisés dans les films.

L'année suivante, je montais en région parisienne pour rechercher les endroits vus dans le clip de la chanson "Rose of Pain" du groupe "X Japan" (découvert 10 ans plus tôt avec d'autres formations de la scène Visual Kei) et je m'attelais à mes premiers sites web afin de mettre en ligne les photos de ces voyages.

Pendant l'été 2008, lors de mon premier séjour au Japon avec mon épouse (elle aussi fascinée par cette culture), je partis à la découverte de plusieurs lieux utilisés dans les séries Super Sentai et Kamen Rider.

De ces voyages au pays du soleil levant est né le site « Neo Kerberos Universe » qui regroupe près de 500 images montrant en symétrie les plans vus dans divers films et séries et les lieux tels qu’ils sont réellement.

Aujourd'hui, je continue à vivre pleinement mes passions relatives à la culture Otaku, avec sans cesse de nouveaux projets en tête !

Born in the mid-70s, I am one of those that are commonly called "Generation Goldorak", due to the huge succes of the serie "UFO Robot Gendizer", renamed "Goldorak" in France.

I was the passionate spectator of the first wave of Japanese animated productions broadcasted in France in the 80s, but also of the "Transformers" G1 series and japanese SF live action serials called Tokusatsu ("Uchuu Kara no Message-Ginga Taisen", "Uchuu Keiji Gavan", "Chodenji Bioman" and so many others).

These programs have marked forever the child that I was, and the years passed but the passion for all these heroes is remained.

Teenager, I began to be really interested by Japan and I've discovered in the mid-90s the "Animes" and other Japanese programs in their original versions, quite different from what was broadcasted on french television before, without censorship, ridiculous dubbing, and with the original musics and songs...

This period was the advent of Otaku culture in France, with the appearance of the specialized "Manga" shops and the first wave of the real fans of japanese sub-culture.

I made my first conventions, my first Cosplays, as well as meetings with other fans which became, and still are for the most of them, my friends.

During the 2000s, with the rise of Internet, I was able to start a collection dedicated to the robots from Japanese animes and Tokusatsu.

In 2003, following a trip in Tunisia on the filming locations of "Star Wars" (a saga that I am also very fan since my childhood), I discovered that I was passionate for the hunt of filming locations used in movies.

The following year, I have visited Paris area for searching the locations used in the video for the song "Rose of Pain" from the band "X Japan" (discovered 10 years earlier with other groups of the Visual Kei scene) and I have made my first website in order to put online the photos from these trips.

During the summer of 2008, I began to look for Tokusatsu locations for my first trip to Japan with my wife, which is also fascinated by this culture.

Trip after trip, I have now a huge collection of over 500 filming locations pictures, compiled in my website "Neo Kerberos Universe".

Today, I still passionate by the Otaku culture, I continue to update my websites and I constantly try to develop new contacts in the worldwide !
